"Got my issue fixed fast"
I had a little problem with my order and I was expecting it to be a hassle, but support got back to me quickly and sorted it out without turning it into some big drawn-out thing, so yeah I’m happy with how it all went.

"Order was mostly right, but the wait was annoying"
I had to stand in the queue for way longer than I expected, which was frustrating. When I finally got my order, one item was wrong, but the rest was fine. Not the worst experience, just kind of annoying after waiting that long.

I placed an order expecting it to arrive around the estimated date, but the whole delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, the delivery date kept getting pushed back, and when I contacted support, I was basically just told to wait. I get that delays happen sometimes, but it feels only fair to keep customers properly updated, especially when they’re relying on the items arriving on time. It eventually showed up much later than expected, which was really inconvenient. i’d think twice before ordering again if the delivery is going to be this unreliable.

"Too many things are out of stock"
I’ve tried ordering from Soukare a few times, but a lot of the items I actually need are often unavailable. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but it gets frustrating having to keep checking back for basic stuff. I get that not everything can be in stock all the time, but if people are coming to order essentials, the stock really needs to be more reliable.

The return went through okay, but uh, it definitely wasn’t the quickest process. I had to follow up with support once, and the refund took a little over a week to come through. They did get it sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just slower than I expected.

I ordered a few things from soukare.com and overall the quality was okay, but not really amazing. Some of the items felt nice and worked just fine, but one product looked cheaper than I expected when it arrived. Nothing was damaged or unusable, so it’s not a huge complaint, but I was expecting a bit better. For the price, it’s still acceptable, though I do think they could improve the quality a little. "Pharmacist support was disappointing"
I tried using soukare.com because I just wanted some basic advice from a pharmacist, nothing complicated. the whole experience left me feeling like nobody was really taking responsibility for my question.

The replies were slow and sounded like generic copy-paste messages. I had to repeat myself more than once, and it was never clear who actually “owned” the issue or who I was supposed to follow up with. It felt like being passed around without anyone giving a proper answer.

Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it was frustrating. When it’s something related to health, I expect clearer support and better communication, not vague replies and uncertainty about who’s handling what.

I did get my order the same day, so that was nice, and that was the main thing I cared about. The updates were a little slow though, like I kept checking and wondering what was happening, and the timing wasn’t super clear. I’ve shopped here a few times and the prices are okay overall, some items are actually reasonable. That said, I’m kind of torn because I do like the brand and want to keep buying from them, but I still catch myself checking my usual stores and sometimes finding the same stuff cheaper elsewhere. It’s not a bad experience at all, I just wish the pricing was a little more competitive so I didn’t feel like I had to shop around every time.
